<p>Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhan on Friday invited Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu to form the government in residual Andhra Pradesh state. <br /><br /></p>.<p>According to a Raj Bhavan press release, the swearing-in ceremony will take place at Kaza village in Guntur district on Sunday at 7:27 pm. <br /><br />The governor also conveyed to President Pranab Mukherjee about revocation of Presidential Proclamation. President’s rule was revoked in Telangana on June 2, the appointed day.<br /><br />Meanwhile, Naidu’s efforts to reconcile relations with Telangana chief minister and one time colleague K Chandrasekhar Rao failed again as the latter is said to have rejected Naidu’s invitation to attend the swearing-in ceremony. <br /><br />Secretariat sources say that Rao has left for Delhi on a week-long pre-determined programme that includes meeting the president and prime minister over the Polavaram ordinance. <br /><br />But few TRS party leaders say that KCR decided not to attend the ceremony as he could not invite Naidu personally for his swearing-in due to miscommunication. Naidu also spoke with YSR Congress chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy over phone and extended the invitation.<br /><br />On the other hand, Naidu has continued his efforts to attract investment to Andhra Pradesh. <br /><br />A group of industrialists met him and submitted proposals for investment of Rs 5,600 crore.J A Chowdhary, chairman of Industrial Development Forum said that the proposals are in service, manufacturing and IT sectors.<br /><br />According to Chowdhary, Visakhapatnam and Nellore will be the best options for relocation of pharma and IT firms.</p>
