West Bengal Polls Highlights: Bengal Chief Secretary submits report to EC over 'attack' on Mamata

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was discharged from the hospital on Friday. Earlier in the day, after TMC leaders met Election Commission over the attack on the TMC supremo, the BJP delegation too met the poll body. BSP's Mayawati demanded a high-level probe into the alleged attack.

Mayawati seeks high-level probe into 'attack' on Mamata Banerjee

BSP president Mayawati on Friday termed the alleged attack onWestBengalChief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Nandigram "unfortunate" and sought a high-level probe into the incident by the Election Commission.

The BSP chief also urged the members of her party in the poll-bound state to remain cautious.
