"With India playing against Pakistan, it will be a crucial match with all the tickets being sold out. It being a weekend we are expecting a packed stadium, so security has been tightened and strict vigil will be kept," a senior police official said.
The match will begin at 7 p.m. at the stadium. He said that many ministers and embassy officials are expected to come to see the game. "So added security arrangements are being made," the officer added.
Traffic will also be restricted along the stadium.
