Chasing 336 for a win, Mumbai were all out for 253 in 78.3 overs. Samarth Ravikumar of Jain University was declared as the man-of-the-match and the man-of-the-series for his brilliant all-round performance. <br /><br />Chasing a target of 337 runs, the Mumbai team lost two quick wickets, both scalped by medium pacer CA Karthik. A 50-run partnership for the third wicket between Jaideep Pardesi and Kevin Almeida steadied the innings. But soon Kevin was trapped leg before by off-spinner Daniel Sequeira for 19 and Jaideep was was also out leg before by Shashindra, for a well-made 53 with six and four boundaries from 96 balls. Southpaw Pankaj Jaiswal who scored 72 runs and Shashank Singh came together for the sixth wicket and took Mumbai from 155 for five to 222, when Shas-hank was dismissed by Samarth caught behind by Nihal Ullal for 32. <br /><br />Losing Shashank in the 66th over, Mumbai had very little fight left in them.
