<p>The Janata Dal (Secular) will field a family member of former chief minister the late S Bangarappa, ín the Shimoga Lok Sabha constituency in the coming elections.<br /><br /></p>.<p>Briefing reporters here on Tuesday, JD(S) leader and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy said Geetha Shivarajkumar, Shakuntala Bangarappa, Sujata Tilak Kumar and Madhu Bangarappa are the probable candidates. <br /><br />Bangarappa’s family members will take a final decision on the candidate. The JD(S) has no plans of fielding any other leader as candidate from Shimoga. <br /><br />The name of the candidate will be announced at a convention to be held in Shimoga in the second week of March.<br /></p>
