Face reader attendance for anganwadi kids

The government was planning to introduce face reader attendance system for anganwadi children, said Shashikala Jolle, Minister of Women and Child Development.

At the ZP meeting here she said that new attendance system was being introduced to plug the pilferage of civil supplies and grants supplied to the anganwadis. Since the biometric system was not applicable for children, the government was contemplating face reader attendance system.
