Mahalakshmi Layout, a JD(S) stronghold, on Thursday, witnessed a poor voter turnout. But the segment topped Bengaluru constituencies with a polling percentage of 50.92.
The segment is witnessing a straight fight between the disqualified JD(S) MLA and BJP nominee K Gopalaiah and Congress candidate Shivaraju.
