'Seers should not put govt to hardship'

The seers should be engaged in social activities by managing Mutts and educational institutions. By keeping forth the issue of reservation, the seers are engaged in putting the government to hardship, alleged MLA M P Appachu Ranjan.

Seers should belong to all communities. They should not be restricted to a particular caste and community, he said.

"Reservation should not be given for the children of those in a high position. Reservation should be given for those who are economically backward," he added.
