‘Vested interests conspiring to get tahsildar transferred’

Some vested interests have been conspiring to transfer Virajpet Tahsildar Yoganand, who is an honest official. The government should not succumb to the pressure, urged Karnataka Prantya Raitha Mattu Karmika Rakshana Vedike district president Padikal Kusuma Chandrashekhar.

Accusing members of some organisations of misusing the tahsildar office for their selfish motives, Kusuma pointed out that the menace of middlemen is on the rise in the tahsildar's office.
