The Karnataka Administrative Tribunal (KAT) has issued a non-bailable warrant against chief executive officer of Kolar Zilla Panchayat who failed to appear before the tribunal after service of notice. It has directed SP, Kolar to arrest the CEO and produce the officer before the tribunal on Dec 18.
