Play-Doh World and more gaming titles set for debut on Apple Arcade in August

Since the launch of Apple Arcade in 2019, it has grown bigger with each passing year. It is now home to more than 250 games.

Now, four new titles, including Play-Doh World, Worms Across Worlds, Let’s Go Mightycat!, and Everybody Shogi, are set to make their debut on Apple Arcade next month.

Play-Doh World by Scary Beasties offers imagination-led play. Here, users get to build their character, such as wild animals and add hairdos and other attributes to it.

And, they will be asked to perform tasks in a colourful zoo-cum-amusement park to gain points and move to the next level.

Developed by Team17 and Behaviour Interactive, the Worms Across Worlds game is a strategic turn-based game. Here, the players have to control Worms characters as they travel through different dimensions to stop Professor Worminkle's experiments.

Further, users can play solo or organise a four-member multiplayer group.

PONOS Corporation has come up with a new game, Let’s Go Mightycat! Here, the game turns a regular house cat into a superhero who has to travel far away to galaxies to save friends.

The player has to solve fun puzzles to move to a new planet and explore the galaxy to find and free the loved one.

Developed by AltPlus Inc., Everybody Shogi is a traditional Japanese strategy board game. It comes with colourful visuals, intuitive controls, and engaging puzzle-style stages.

Users can challenge online players to win points and move up the leaderboard.

In India, Apple Arcade for individual customers is available for Rs 99 per month with a one-month free trial. Customers who purchase a new iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV receive three months of Apple Arcade for free.
