Closely monitoring Delta Plus variant cases: Maharashtra Health Minister

Maharashtra government has directed officials to closely monitor the Delta Plus variant cases of Covid-19 in the state. “I have directed officials that the Delta Plus variant cases should be monitored closely. Information about these cases should be collected and recorded for study. We are taking 100 samples from every district,” State Health Minister Rajesh Tope on June 23 informed media persons.
