Trump later also urged protestors to continue with stir, saying 'help is on its way'. Elsewhere, EU chief proposed sanctions on Iran after 'horrifying' rise in casualties. UN human rights chief said the deaths amid the stir are in hundreds while Iranian officials said 2,000 people were killed.
