M K Alagiri meets sister Kanimozhi

Expelled DMK leader and former Union minister M K Alagiri on Thursday met his sister and Rajya Sabha MP Kanimozhi here. After visiting his mother Dayalu Ammal, Alagiri met Kanimozhi at her residence. The meeting lasted about 45 minutes.

Kanimozhi, too, was sidelined by the party during the selection process. The party had on Tuesday expelled Alagiri on charges of anti-party activities.­
