Summer: Court timings changed in NK, HK areas

Following the increase of temperature in Hyderabad Karnataka and North Karnataka, the Karnataka High Court registrar general has issued a circular on changing the court timings.

The court proceedings will start early in the morning and close by afternoon.

The new timings will come into force from Thursday
in Ballari, Bidar, Koppal, Raichur, Yadgir, Vijayapura and Bagalkot districts. All courts in these districts, such as
civil, criminal, family and
labour, will function from 8 am to 11 am and again from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm.

The court offices will function from morning 7.30 to 2 pm.

These timings will apply till May 31, the circular, issued by High Court Registrar Ashok G Nijagannavar, said.
