Accor says to have 50 hotels in India by 2012

Accor, which currently operates 5 hotels in India, has committed total investment of $130 million so far, it said in a statement.

Accor has said China and India would be main target markets in Asia. Most of the hotels it builds would have the "Ibis" brand, targeted at budget travellers, it has said.
