Mumbai: Reliance General Insurance, one of India’s leading private general insurance companies, has entered a strategic partnership with Mayfair We Care Ltd, a UK-based global health benefits administrator.

This collaboration leverages Mayfair’s international expertise in healthcare administration to offer RGICL policyholders seamless, borderless healthcare and emergency assistance anytime, anywhere in the world.

As part of this agreement, Mayfair We Care will operate a 24x7 multilingual Alarm Centre, providing round-the-clock support to Reliance General customers traveling or residing abroad.

The centre will act as a single point of contact for medical and travel-related assistance, reinforcing RGICL’s commitment to delivering customer-first, globally accessible solutions.
