Infy completes formation of JV with Temasek

IT major Infosys has announced that it has completed the formation of a joint venture with Temasek, a Singapore-based global investment company.

This follows the announcement for the launch of JV by the company made on September 7, 2018.

Through this joint venture, Infosys will be a partner to Temasek in its digital transformation and aims to further strengthen its footprint in South East Asia.

The joint venture will provide Temasek and its other clients with solutions in advanced technologies including cloud, data and analytics, cybersecurity, digital experiences and AI, the company said.

The employees of this joint venture will be able to access Bengaluru-based IT major's education and training capabilities, to advance their technological skills, it added.
