<p>Primal Projects Private Limited, IT infrastructure developer and RGA Software Systems Private Limited, on Friday, announced the launch of first phase of Pritech Park — IT/ITeS special economic zone (SEZ) in the City’s IT corridor.<br /><br />Developed across around 16 acre of land (18,00,000 square feet) out of the 32 acre obtained from Karnataka Industrial Area Development Board (KIADB), the devlopers claim that the zone is ready for occupancy.<br /><br />While conceding that the overall cost (excluding land cost) is around Rs 500 crore, the developers said about 10 per cent of built up area is leased out. They, did not name the occupants.<br /><br />Primal Projects Director Kasu Rajagopal Reddy said they expect the SEZ to be fully occupied in the next two years. The SEZ had received the Centre’s approval in 2007.</p>
