<p>The Vyalikaval police are awaiting the autopsy report of the 26-year-old law intern, Pushp Archana Lall who allegedly committed suicide by overdosing on sleeping pills at a paying guest accommodation in Malleswaram on November 24.</p>.<p>Pushp Archana, a native of Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar islands, had filed a sexual harassment complaint against two senior advocates T Chandra Naik and Chetan Desai. The latter is a government pleader at the Karnataka High Court.</p>.<p>The complaint was lodged with the Commercial Street police on November 19, 2018, and an FIR was registered on the next day, the police said.</p>.<p class="CrossHead"><strong>Bail obtained</strong></p>.<p>However, the two accused advocates who came to know about the case appeared before a magistrate on November 22, 2018, and obtained bail.</p>.<p>A senior police officer said that according to Section 164 of CrPC, Pushp Archana was about to record her statement before a magistrate, and the police had set November 28 for the same.</p>.<p>Pushp Archana was found dead at her paying guest accommodation in Malleswaram, where she had arrived just eight days ago. The police also said she had started work at a new law firm in Malleswaram after she was sexually harassed by the two advocates at the Infantry road law firm where she worked.</p>.<p class="CrossHead"><strong>‘Cellphone to have info’</strong></p>.<p>An investigating officer said Pushp’s mobile phone is likely to have crucial information regarding threats or intimidation by the accused parties forcing her to withdraw the case.</p>.<p>Based on the autopsy report and the evidence the police may find in Pushp’s phone, the accused might be booked under abetment to suicide, said a police source.</p>
