Emergency telephone numbers and answers to frequently answered questions like how to reserve tickets?, what to do at the time of losing tickets? and other queries are also available. Sadhu claimed that it is a first such initiative among railway stations and will help in giving an easy access to the travellers. He assured that the programmes related to railways will be regularly updated on the website.<br /><br />The website has been developed by M/s ProdatIT Solutions (India) Pvt.
