Complaints of MLAs' 'abduction' lodged

BJP office-bearer Papu Kittali and the Jagrita Matadarara Vedike lodged separate complaints alleging abduction of Indi legislator Sarvabhouma Bagali and Basavana Bagewadi MLA S K Bellubbi, respectively. Superintendent of Police Dr D C Rajappa said the complaints have been forwarded to jurisdictional police stations. Tight security has been provided to residences of both legislators.

The Raichur district BJP unit lodged a complaint to SP alleging that the JD(S) and Congress workers have abducted Lingsugur legislator Manappa Vajjala. The complaint also states that the legislator has been put up at a hotel in Chennai.
