Pimples or acne is a common skin condition, caused by changes in the pilosebaceous units, skin structure or hair follicles. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to flush out the toxins from your body.

Mix 1 teaspoon each of honey, lemon juice, milk powder and half a teaspoon of almond oil. Apply this mixture over the arms and wash off after 15 minutes. This pack will bring a certain glow to the skin.

To get rid of old scars, consult a dermatologist so that a suitable cream can be prescribed.  
Avoid picking or squeezing  pimples as they leave black spots, scars, etc.

QI am an 18-year-old boy weighing 53 kg. I have fat deposits on my hips. How can I reduce this? Does dieting help?
 
Reducing fat on your hips can be challenging. The best way to go about it is through exercise. Try an exercise form that involves at least 30-40 minutes of activity — like brisk walking, swimming or a vigorous game of basketball. Additionally, try out strength exercises like squats (2 sets of 8 repeats each).

As far as your diet is concerned, try modifying the quality and quantity of food that you consume every day. Reduce portion sizes and eat wholesome foods. Avoid refined foods like white rice, white bread, pasta, refined sugar and add more leafy vegetables, salads, fruits, sprouts, nuts, reduced fat milk and milk products, fish and lean meat to your diet.
