JOIN USThree men committed suicide in separate incidents on Monday night. Raju, 28, a resident of Vinayak Layout in Chandra Layout, allegedly hanged himself at his residence on Monday.
Around 11 pm, Raju returned home from work and went to rest after dinner, the police said.
The incident came to light on Tuesday morning, when Raju’s mother, who did not elicit any response after knocking on her son’s door, informed the landlord who broke it open to find Raju hanging.
In another incident, a 30-year-old auto driver allegedly hanged himself at his residence in VIII Cross in Vinayak Layout on Monday night.
Kumar, after returning home from work, ended his life, while his wife and sister were away at Chikmagalur. The incident came to light when they returned home. On receiving no reponse from him, they peeped through the window and found Kumar hanging.
The police were told that Kumar was depressed as he was deep in debt.Both the cases have been registered in Chandra Layout police station.
In Hennur area, a 55-year-old man allegedly hanged himself at his residence in Vaddarapalya on Monday night. The deceased Francis, a chronic drinker, was depressed over his ill-health. The Hennur police have registered a case.
