The company’s financial business entities are Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Cholamandalam Securities Ltd, Cholamandalam Distribution Services Ltd, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company and Chola MS Risk Services ltd.
Murugappa Group Chairman A Vellayan told reporters, “We wanted to rebrand our financial service businesses when we did the rebranding for our group. But that time it was in the process of departing with DBS group.” The company in September 2010 , rebranded the entire group with a new logo. The company is aiming for a 25 per cent overall growth in the next financial year, he said.
