'Taare Zameen Par', a talent show for special children

The kids will be provided with an opportunity to show case the talent in art, acting, fancy dress, drawings, dance competitions etc.

In a press release here, K G Venkataraman, president and Sunil Kumar, vice-president of the club said the talent show is open to all Special children of the special schools of the city as well for those not attending the schools. Institution and individuals can collect the registration forms from Mahesh, Rotary Mysore Secretariat, opposite MUDA, JLB.Road, Mysore. Last Date to register for the event is December 20. Those institution and individuals interested to participate in the programme can call Kaleem Mohammed on 944-8551-244 or Sunil Kumar 988-0232-446.

The talent show will be conducted in the following categories: Fancy dress, separate for boys and girls (5-10 yrs), Fancy dress, drawing, Article making, Solo and Group dance, separate for boys and girls. (10-20 Yrs), Fancy dress, drawing, singing, Solo and Group dance and Mono acting, separate for boys and girls. (20 yrs and above), Separate category for Spastic children of their own choice.
