Police seek custody of Asgar Pasha

Asgar, who is serving a sentence in Bellary jail, was produced before the III ACMM court on Saturday evening. He is learnt to have supplied weapons to eliminate Ali.

Asgar’s wife, Shahim, who had been waiting for him at the court complex,  claimed that as her husband was in jail he couldn’t have planned or executed the murder.

As many as 11 persons have been arrested so far in connection with Ali’s murder. There were rumours that CCB sleuths have rounded off Mahim.
