<p>Police have recovered from him fake documents, Rs 45,000 in cash, four mobile phones and a diary with phone numbers of IAS, IPS officials, Court Judges and secretaries.<br /><br />An official press release here said investigation revealed that the man, posing as Justice N Dinakaran, had spoken to AIADMK MP V Maithhreyan four times since January 2011, discussed the case and demanded several crores of Rupees to give a favourable order.<br /><br />Police said they had recorded his confessional statement and had checked details with the MP.<br /><br />The man also posed as High Court Judge or district judge and had spoken to top police officials, seeking transfers of some people.<br /><br />The release said he was arrested and remanded in a cheating case in 2008 and suspended,which was revoked after six months.<br /><br />He was arrested yesterday on a complaint from a man, who stated that he had taken money from him, assuring him of a job in a local court.<br /><br />Investigations revealed that he used the names of many serving and retired judges with senior officers in the police department and secretariat at Chennai.</p>
