<p>The boxes were handed over to representatives of temple, church and mosque (where they will be installed) by former vice chancellor of Manipal University Dr B M Hegde at a function at the Patrika Bhavan here on Friday.<br /><br />Dr B M Hegde addressing the gathering lauded the innovative idea of John B Monteiro, the Editor of the website and warned people to be careful while consuming drugs or medicines. <br /><br />He appealed people not to consume too many painkillers and not to go for self medication. He also urged the people not to drop expired pharma drugs into the box.<br /><br />The box will be installed at Jumma Masjid, Kadri temple and Milagres church.<br /><br />John Moteiro among others were present.</p>
