Mount Joy declared their first innings at 302 for five from 63 overs, with Cheluvaraj (103) and Goud (105) leading their way.

Left-arm spinner Anand Katti then scalped four wickets, while Manjunath took three as Mount Joy dismissed Malleswaram for 167 in their first essay before enforcinf the follow-on. Malleswaram stumbled in their second innings too as they were bowled out for 163, while Mount Joy chased down the target of 29 in just 3.4 overs.
