"Today, for a film to be a hit, besides the script, banner is the most important factor. Promotions have become essential today," Amrita told PTI in an interview.

For Amrita, films by reputed banners have worked, such as Shah Rukh Khan-produced 'Main Hoon Na', Shyam Benegal's 'Welcome to Sajjanpur', Sooraj Barjatya's 'Vivah' and the Taurani's 'Ishq Vishk'.

About the upcoming film, Amrita said, "It is a romantic-comedy, a sensitive love story, drama and romance. This is my first rom-com. This is something new for me. It is a situational comedy not slapstick."

On her role, the 29-year-old actress said, "I play a management student who is still studying finding her own space in the corporate world. She falls in love with an artist. Different backgrounds and there is a clash of two professions."
