He said barring few concrete roads in Mangalore, no development has taken place in the district. The promise of mono rail, skybus have not been materialised so far. Mangala Corniche project is still at the preliminary stage. Most of the developmental work in Mangalore has been carried out by the Congress, he added.
Stating that handicapped persons are not getting monthly pension for the last four months, he said the government has failed to provide bicycles to the school kids.
