According to Corporate Recruiter and Global Management Education Graduates surveys, conducted in February and March of this year, more business school graduates have been able to find jobs before finishing their studies this year compared with the class of 2010.

Moreover, companies were increasingly turning their attention to growing their operations and bringing on new employees as they expected market conditions to get even better during the months ahead.

Fifty-eight per cent of employers said, expanding operations represents a key priority for their firms, while just 36 per cent of participants in the survey said, their organisations were focused on overcoming economic challenges, the surveys noted.

The twin surveys, released by the Graduate Management Admission Council which conducts Graduate Management Admission test world-wide, explored job market expectations, skill development, and the value of a graduate business education from the perspective of employers and graduating students.
