Kannada Christians demand regional seminary

The activists barged into a meeting held by the Arch bishop with more than 150 priests, and demanded more ‘respect’ for Kannada Christians.

General Secretary of the Sangha, Raphael Raj said that their demands were simple and
they had been promised by the Archbishop when he was newly appointed in September

They also demanded Christian minority colleges and schools in rural areas,and preference  for Christians in recruitments to Christian hospitals such as St John’s, St Philomena’s and St Martha’s.
