JOIN USThe 15-year-old girl is a student of Class X and belongs to a well-to-do family. The two accused, Sahil Puri, son of an industrialist, and Marshal, a first year commerce student, were arrested by the local police on Tuesday.
Sahil is pursuing engineering degree from a college in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh. The two accused lured the girl for a short trip to a nearby hill location when her parents and brother were away. The innocent girl reluctantly agreed.
Later, the boys offered her a drink laced with intoxicants. After she fell unconscious, they raped her, police said.
The girl complained to the local police on Tuesday following which the accused were arrested and remanded to two-day police custody. The medical examination of the victim was carried out which confirmed sexual intercourse.
