Keeping this spirit in mind, the M S Ramaiah College of Arts, Science and Commerce recently organised Talents’ Day, a day to hone the skills of the first year students and provide them a platform to showcase their creativity.

So one could see a festive fervour on campus as the freshers took part in a range of events like mono-acting, tattooing, nail art and face painting off the stage.

Reshma, a first year BBM student, looked pretty in a bharatanatyam costume and was all set to scorch the stage.

“I am going to perform a piece on Lord Shiva. I hope to get the youngsters interested in the beautiful art of bharatanatyam with my performance,” she said.
