Handcart puller from MP town offers kidney to Hazare

"Anna is fighting against corruption on the lines of freedom struggle and therefore, it is our duty to help him in whatever way we can," the handcart puller, Gopal Chouhan told reporters after taking part in a rally of handcart pullers.

Chouhan said that he could easily spend his remaining life on one kidney.

He said that he has informed the Team Anna about it and sought their permission to donate his kidney following reports that Hazare's kidney might have been damaged due to prolonged fast.

A large number of handcart pullers participated in the rally to back Anna Hazare's campaign.
