B K Manju had been granted bail on August 8, 2011 by the court.
Madhumathi, a resident of Chinnappanahalli and a witness in the case, has stated that Manju has been violating the bail conditions. She has also stated that Manju, along with another person named B M Anjinappa, had threatened her life and a case had also been registered with Bangalore police.
Further, Madhumathi alleged that the accused are highly influential and there was a possibility that they could endanger her life. She has sought cancellation of bail of Manju and the arrest of Anjinappa by the police.
The Court has directed the investigating officer to submit a report on October 26.
