Meanwhile, the plea of the Income Tax Department, seeking the court's permission to direct CBI to share information on the seized documents was adjourned till November 25.

The central agency had recovered various documents concerning the cases pertaining to properties of Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy as well as alleged irregularities in Emaar properties land deal, during searches.

Earlier, the CBI had filed a petition seeking extension of the custody of Rajgopal, a former AP Mines Director, by a week stating that it had to elicit more information in the case.

Talking to reporters outside the Chanchalguda jail, Rajgopal claimed that he did not commit any mistake or favoured anyone during his service.

He said he was confident of being absolved from all "false charges" against him.

Meanwhile, Rajgopal's bail petition was filed in the in-charge court by his counsel as the magistrate of special court for CBI is on leave.

The bail plea is likely to come up for hearing tomorrow.
