JOIN USReliance Infrastructure, which operates the line, will also decorate trains and the stations in Christmas festivity mood and celebrate the festival with school kids and provide them train trips and refreshments.
Santa Claus will be there in trains and the station area to distribute sweets among the children. Budding talents from the south campus colleges are also coming to perform musical shows during the Christmas week, a Reliance Infra spokesman said.
Street play groups will also join the celebration and perform at the Shivaji stadium station. After the normal service ends at 11 pm, trains will run at an interval of 20 minutes till 5 am.
The move will help hundreds of people who come to Sacred Heart Cathedral church in Connaught Place for the Christmas mass.
