Dr Kasturi Rangan has been appointed as the president of the reconstituted Karnataka Knowledge Commission.
Dr M K Sridhar will be the secretary of the Commission, while Prof M S Thimmappa, Prof Sundar Sarukal, Prof Sadagopan, Prof Padma Sarangapani, Dr Gururaj Karjagi, Mohan Das Pai, Dr Ravi Narayan Rao, Sitalakshmi Chinnappa, Prof K R S Murthy, S R Ramaswami and Dr Mukunda Rao will be its members.
The term of the Commission will end on June 30, 2013.
