A lawyer today vent his anger against the 2G spectrum scam case judge, saying his adverse remarks against him left him embarrassed no end before his clients but he quickly retracted his words and apologised for his remarks.

The trial in the high-profile case was marred by the heated exchange between Special Judge O P Saini and lawyer Vijay Aggarwal who, however, later tendered an apology to the court for his statements.

"You (judge) should not pass personal comments on us (lawyers). I have not slept for the whole of last night because of your yesterday's comment that I should learn to give dictations from my juniors," Aggarwal said.

"You should not teach us advocacy and we will not teach you the judgeship," he said adding he respects the chair. The court, however, tried to calm him down.

"You also said so many bad things to me yesterday. I also respect you as a lawyer but what you had said was very contemptuous but I laughed it out," the judge responded.
Aggarwal also asked the judge not to threaten advocates that he would switch off the monitor of the computer or would make the accused stand in the dock for the whole day.He, however, later apologised to the judge.
