Road not restored

The stretch on Richmond Road from Du Parc Trinity to the Hosmat Circle has been in a bad shape for the past five to six months.

The stretch on Richmond Road between the Midford Garden turning and the Brunton Road turning was converted to one-way six months ago to allow BWSSB to lay water pipes.

After the work was completed, the Palike has done nothing to restore the road. This stretch continues to remain one-way, to the inconvenience of pedestrians who have to compete for space with BMTC buses.

The pavements on this part of the road do not exist.

So pedestrians are forced to walk on the road. Can the Palike expedite the process of repairing this part of Richmond Road?

Lack of buses

In the absence of BMTC buses from Koramangala intermediate ring road towards Old Airport road, commuters face a lot of hardship daily as they are exposed to the
danger of crossing the Domlur flyover where there is no suitable pedestrian crossing facility.

We, therefore, request BMTC to immediately provide BIG 10 service on the Madivala Police Station - Koramangala Intermediate ring road - Domlur flyover - Old Airport Road and return route.

These buses will be useful during morning and evening peak hours. It will also also
be highly profitable for BMTC.

Potholes

The junction at Jeevan Bima Nagar Main Road and Suranjandas Road has been in a bad shape for many months now.

There are huge potholes in the middle of the road leading to chaos at the junction during peak hours. Will the authorities repair the junction to spare vehicle damage and inconvenience to people?

Direct buses

There is no direct bus facility from MG Road/Kasturba Road to Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic) which is a prime place in Bangalore.

Will the authorities provide a bus which connects these places.
