In the ongoing investigation regarding bomb attack on an Israeli diplomat in national capital last month, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will approach Interpol on request of the Delhi Police to issue look-out notices against three Iranian nationals, suspected to be behind the attack.

“We will approach Interpol Headquarters in next one or two days to issue look-out notices against the accused Iranians on the request of Delhi Police,” a senior official of country’s premiere investigation agency told Deccan Herald.

The CBI serves as the nodal organisation in the country dealing with Interpol matters.
The official further informed that CBI is in final stages of processing the request of the Delhi Police for issuing a Red Corner Notice against Houshang Afshar Irani, Syed Ali Mahdiansadr and Mohammadreza Abolghasemi, suspected to be behind the attack.
