“We have withdrawn our proposed strike,” NAG president Girish Kaushik told reporters here. Talks with the management were likely, Kaushik said, adding that chairman Naresh Goyal was also likely to talk to the union after he returns to the city.
Jet Airways said conciliatory proceedings would resume on September 14. The union, which claims a representation of over 650 of the over 1,000 pilots in Jet Airways had given a strike call to protest the sacking of two senior pilots.
