Delivering the presidential address at a workshop on ‘Valuation Profession - Risks and Responsibilities’ organised by the IOV Mangalore Branch here on Sunday, Bhat said that the responsibilities of valuers have been increased considerably in the modern changing economic scenario. The profession of valuation is becoming more risky as there are new challenges before valuers. Training valuers on risks and modern trends will help them handle any situations, he added.
