JOIN USAddressing a news conference on Wednesday, FMMC Administrator Fr Denis D’Sa said that the CSE will be inaugurated on September 12 at 10 am and Inspector General of Police (Western Range) Gopal B Hosur will be the chief guest of the inaugural programme while Father Muller Charitable Institutions Director Fr Patrick Rodrigues will preside.
During the programme, eminent oncologists, oncosurgeons from Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Mangalore and other places will deliver paper on management of parotid neoplasms, peripheral arterial disease, bile duct injuries, breast malignancy. Panel discussion on colorectal malignancy and various other sessions, symposiums and programmes to give students hands on experience will be held.
Dr Venkat Rao Memorial Post Graduate Quiz, dedicated to Dr Venkat Rao, the most eminent surgeon of South Kanara and nearby districts will be held.
He said that more than 200 delegates are expected to participate in the programme.
