Footpaths littered with garbage

The footpaths in Crescent Road are generally littered with garbage. But of late construction debris is piling up in front of our compound attracting garbage from the vicinity.

This is also clogging the stormwater drain. We will be happy if this eyesore is removed before the onset of rains.
