HDK blames government for garbage mess

JD(S) State president and former chief minister H D Kumara­swamy has blamed the ruling BJP for messing the garbage disposal system in the City.

“What was the BJP doing for the last four years? What happened to all the money that the party claims to have spent on Bangalore infrastructure? Had the government taken proper steps for scientific disposal of garbage, the citizens would not have faced the problem,” he told reporters on Friday.

Fake bill scam

The former chief minister said the BJP had been hoodwinking the people by shifting the blame on Opposition parties.

“Corruption is so entrenched in the government that there is no control over the administrative machinery. Fake bills are being prepared and the official records are being burnt in the BBMP.

“The BJP is under the impression that it can get away with anything. Bangaloreans should take a careful decision during the next elections,” he said.
