Yuvi & Co sweat it out

Yuvarj Singh, who has been named in the World T20 squad, was part of the seven-member group which was engaged in a training session at the KSCA ‘B’ grounds, and looked in good nick for most part of the 45 minutes he batted.

Starting later than the scheduled time, the Sri Lanka-bound players went through a small warm-up session at the indoor facility of the National Cricket Academy before taking the ‘nets’.

Rohit Sharma, Manoj Tiwary, Irfan Pathan, Lakshmipathi Balaji, Harbhajan Singh and Ashok Dinda were the others who attended the session.

Meanwhile, New Zealanders Daniel Vettori and Kyle Mills practiced on the sidelines. Vettori, who had injured his groin during the  Test series against the West Indies, still looked hampered in his movements.
